About
Josh Cash
Recent UX graduate in Austin. I turn research into interaction decisions teams can ship.
Open to full-time UX and product design roles
I graduated from St. Edward's University with a degree in UX design, did human factors research at Apple, and shipped a live campus product as a design intern. I work end to end: framing problems, interviewing users, testing flows, and partnering with stakeholders through launch.
I learn the most by watching people use real products: campus visitors lost with a PDF map, lunch customers stuck in a food-truck line. The pattern is usually the same. Find where friction costs time or trust, then design around it.
I'm looking for a UX or product design role where I can own discovery, prototyping, and usability testing on a collaborative team.
I designed and built this portfolio with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Beyond the Screen
When I am not designing, you will find me:
- Exploring game development and player experience design
- Creating art and experimenting with visual styles
- Making and listening to music
- Writing stories and narrative design
That background shows up in how I think about flow, pacing, and emotion in product work.
